Founder & CEO

Harmonys Joy, LLC was founded by Tammy Kul. Tammy has been in the medical field for over 20 years.

Her experience influences her understanding of what it means to be a dependable healthcare professional. She most recently served as an Assistant Director of Nursing for 6 years. She has first-hand expertise in long-term care, management, and infection prevention.

She saw the urgent need to provide professional staffing, due to her personal experiences in the field, so she created a company that is centered around providing dependable, caring, professional employees for professional healthcare facilities.
